From a Small Vision to a National Impact
What began as a local software initiative in the early ’90s has grown into a multidisciplinary technology center recognized for its pioneering projects in automation, education, and enterprise systems across Syria.
Over the years, AlmanarSoft has continuously adapted — integrating new technologies, expanding services, and remaining true to our goal: building smarter systems for a smarter future.
Milestones of Our Journey
AlmanarSoft was founded in Damascus, Syria in 1992, focusing on software development, systems analysis, and IT training.
Between 1993 and 1995, we launched our first national-scale automation systems, including the Syrian Housing Cooperation System, and developed early networking and archiving solutions for public institutions and diplomatic offices — marking our entry into large-scale digital transformation.
From 1996 to 2000, we expanded into private and educational sectors, delivering accounting, inventory, and management systems for companies, clinics, and universities.
Between 2001 and 2005, AlmanarSoft launched advanced IT training programs and led digital adoption efforts for both public and private institutions, including automation for local councils and the Palestinian Martyrs Foundation.
In 2006–2008, we built full automation systems for the Syrian Dental Association and the Pharmacists Syndicate, connecting regional branches through secure centralized networks — a pioneering step in Syria.
From 2009 to 2015, our expertise evolved into enterprise-level ERP systems, network infrastructure, and database-driven applications serving logistics, transport, and accounting sectors across major firms.
Since 2016, AlmanarSoft has focused on modern UI/UX design, mobile compatibility, and web-based management systems, introducing the AlmanarSoft Accounting Suite, an ERP tailored for regional markets.
From 2021 onward, we continue to drive digital transformation with WordPress solutions, internal dashboards, and mobile app integrations, helping organizations transition confidently into the digital era
